Hey all, new to forum. I've had a couple of Harleys in the past, 94 1200 Sportster and a 97 Heritage Softail. Recently picked up a 88 Springer Softail, one of those deals I just couldnt pass up. I've always liked the looks of a bobber and plan to build something 'bobber like' with the springer. I've done some searching on this site already and there is some good stuff on here!

Been riding all kinds of bikes for a while but new to the site. Just picked up my first harley and working on turning a dorky old man bike into a lean mean chopped machine. Everything is getting a rebuild. If I take it off and the bike still runs, then that thing is going out with the trash/ebay (like the Kuryakyn hypercharger air box **Shudders**).
