If your pain expands into muscle cramps (my back did all the time) try a cup of tonic water morning and night. It works well for me also is good for stopping night muscle cramps.

Worth noting is CBD products vary considerably. One brand gave me indigestion while two others did not. It's worth exploring to see what works for whom.

Man that's a good idea, I get raked with cramps if I don't wash my feet in the summer and will be back up in an hour in general agony. The human body is definitely odd.

Was cruising the junk pile and seen this thread that I commented on years ago and thought I'd tell you guys a story related to CBD. The revision of the the farm bill in 2018 has made some other products pop up on the market in states where medical and recreational aren't legal namely delta 8 and variants of it, I'm guessing some of you guys have seen this stuff maybe even used it? The companies that are selling cbd products are making this stuff by chemically altering its molecular chain and giving it a more psychoactive effect, ITS NOT NATURAL!!!! and because of the farm bill they are able to sell it, you remember that k2 spice stuff that was making people have seizures and even killed a few? This is essentially the same thing! This stuff made my son so sick and we thought he had a food allergy or GI issue like crohn's and it turns out it was delta 8 that made him so sick his kidneys were on the verge of shutting down and he damn near died. I have another friend that liked the delta 8 gummies and she said when she stopped eating them she also got sick and was having withdrawal like symptoms. This stuff has not been studied so they don't know the potential side effects of it. Many people think it's natural and it's not it is chemically altered, if you see something thats advertising delta 8 flower it's just CBD flower sprayed with the delta 8 just like they were doing with spice. I just thought I'd throw this out there so others know about it.
